Alana was AMAZING! We’ve bought several homes in different states over the years and she is our favorite realtor! We were buying from another state and weren’t going to be able to see the home beforehand. Alana did so much to make sure we were fully informed on each property we were viewing, gave us video walk throughs, and was very knowledgeable about the current market values. She seriously worked so hard for us. Our initial contract fell through (due to sellers, not Alana) and we found ourselves scrambling in a new state without a home. Alana was amazing!!! Our experience was smooth, inviting and informational. Alana kept contact with us almost daily to make sure we did what we needed or to keep us up to date with what was going on. We were well-informed about the house and process. The banker even mentioned the paperwork was some of the most detailed she has seen from a agent. Alana has a very bright, bubbly personality that just welcomes you from day one and makes you feel at home. We never felt pressured or worried talking to her.
