HANNAH BEER – REALTOR
An Idaho native and lover of all things country, Hannah Beer is proud to live in Southeast Idaho where she explores several of her outdoor hobbies and interests with her husband John: beaver trapping, running (She actually ran Cross Country in college!), kayaking, hiking, shooting, and even bull riding! She has a passion for local politics and finding ways to make her community better, learning about the impact of her community’s business growth and its effect on community development, as well as various aspects that affect the quality of life where she lives. Because of this interest she recently earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a 4.0 GPA and even worked as the Treasurer for the City of Soda Springs, ID for a time.
Hannah is also a licensed real estate agent who is devoted to keeping her clients educated during their transactions so they can make the best real estate decisions possible. As a former 6th grade teacher, she understands the importance of patience, communication and preparation. She promises to be professional, strive to meet the unique needs of each and every client, and to be humble enough to ask questions so she can move forward with confidence in assisting her clients in their buying/selling endeavors.

ELLIE SMITH – REALTOR
Ellie’s roots come from the small town of Plain City, UT, but she is anxious to spread her love for the great state of Idaho and assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs! She understands the value of hard work due to living on a farm, raising cattle, and competing in the sport of rodeo. She and her husband Whitt just bought their second home in Soda Springs, ID. Whitt and Ellie also both still compete in rodeos and jackpots! Ellie has always had a love for animals and enjoys spending her time with their horses and 2 corgi dogs. She has loved doing home renovation projects on each of their home purchases, and giving those homes her unique western, farmhouse touch. She has a great understanding of country lifestyle, which is an excellent tool in not only homes, but also land or western real estate deals.
