We’ll begin with a little history. Our Broker Alana Burns is extremely passionate about real estate. She studies local real estate and national real estate trends and practices on a regular basis. This way she stays informed on the housing market in Idaho and nationally as well. As we learned a little more than a decade ago, national occurrences can have a trickle down effect and impact us right at home, wherever that may be. Alana specializes in providing high-end real estate services. This stems from her experience as an agent in Las Vegas, NV where she worked with a luxury real estate brokerage as a licensed agent and as their marketing coordinator. She represented clients buying and selling residential and commercial properties. 

As a result, she maintains and delivers a high standard of quality in the marketing materials she produces for Guardian Realty. Her listings feature professional photography that best illustrates a home’s greatest selling features, layout, condition and location. Next, she is thorough, descriptive and thoughtful about the way she describes the home and the opportunities awaiting it’s next owner. A home with a past or a new-build have a history that buyers want to hear, and she takes the responsibility of detailing that story very seriously. She makes being responsive to client’s inquiries seriously as well. What good is an agent who isn’t around when you need them, right?
