1) Describe yourself in 5 words.
Cowgirl. Honest. Traveler. Short. Sassy.
2) What is the craziest experience you’ve had in real estate?
While I was working to sell my parents home we received two appraisals from different appraisers and they came back with a $400,000 difference in their valuations! Why was there such a HUGE disparity on their opinions of the home’s value?!
3) What is the dumbest way you’ve been injured?
One time at Lake Powell, when me and my sister were young, my sister flung back her fishing pole to cast out her line and the hook ended up right on the top of my foot. Ouch!!
4) Where has been your favorite place to live and why?
Grace Idaho! It has always been my dream to live outside the city on a farm.
5) What is the most awkward thing that happens to you on a regular basis?
Forgetting what cities are in what state. Haha!
6) What is the craziest feature you’ve seen in a home you were showing to clients?
A home I listed for sale had a urinal in every single bathroom. How random! Haha
7) Why did you become a REALTOR?
To be able to help people with some of their life-changing decisions. It is such a privilege to help people make such important choices in their lives!
8) What’s your worst roommate or houseguest story?
My house guest was making slime and forgot to cover the blender. Slime chunks ended up on all the walls, ceilings, and cabinets.
9) What can people expect from you as an agent?
People can expect complete honesty and loyalty from me. I want you to succeed and know that we will do everything we can to help you accomplish your real estate dreams.
10) Who or where would you haunt if you were a ghost?
My husband’s ex-girlfriend’s house. 🙂
